  1. You get that message if they tried to charge your credit card and it didn’t work. It could be as simple as the expiry date on your card being wrong (if you got a new card recently). You have to call Microsoft (1-800-4MY-XBOX) to sort it out before you’ll be able to get back on.

  2. Call Microsoft support for help with payment problems, its the best way to resolve this.
